I brought my Mazda CX-60 in for service and was disappointed when the dealership initially provided a Suzuki Swift as a courtesy car. However, to their credit, after I raised the issue, they promptly arranged a much more suitable replacement. While I wish this hadn’t been necessary, I appreciate that they listened and resolved the matter professionally. A little more consistency in courtesy vehicle policies would make the experience flawless, but their willingness to correct the situation shows good customer care. ~ Khomotso M

Incredibly friendly staff. From the guard at the gate that gave me directions to the department I needed, to the receptionist, right all the way to consultants that assisted me.
